Beach House Plans
In theory, any blueprints for houses built on a beach are beach house plans. Usually, however, beach house floor plans are small, open home plans that are sometimes elevated off the ground (so called, raised beach house plans). They come in in all sizes, styles and types, for example: cottage, coach, modular, cement, contemporary… you name it. Additionally, as certain world’s ocean fronts became very popular for building beach houses, their geographical names made it into new houseplan categories. Thus, for example, you could hear of florida, mexican, or carribean beach house home plans.
