Modern House Plans
Also referred to as modern house plans or new house plans, contemporary house plans can be extremely varied and it is impossible to classify them under one single style. Contemporary home plans frequently feature simple, clean lines with large windows devoid of decorative trim. The exteriors tend to be very plain, often being a mixture of siding, stucco, stone, brick and wood. The roof can be flat or shallow pitched, often with great overhangs. Many contemporary homes include geometric forms, split levels, large amounts of fixed glass, and unique wood and stone facings.
